Bert
A "diamond in the rough", Bert is a jack-of-all-trades with no magical talent, yet he has
somehow made a friend of the most magical nanny herself. He rotates occupations like most of us would
rotate our clothes, making him the perfect narrator to observes the goings-on at Number 17 Cherry
Tree Lane. He also has a major crush on Mary Poppins, though who can blame him.
